1. User Agreement

By registering an account, accessing or using any service provided by mbi9, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions in their entirety. These terms take effect from the date of your account registration and continue to apply for as long as your account remains active.

mbi9 operates under international licensing and provides an online gambling platform covering online slots, live casino, sports betting, fish shooting and boxing betting. All these services are subject to these terms unless otherwise specifically stated.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To register an mbi9 account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration
• Register using true, accurate and complete personal information
• Hold only one active account at any one time — registering multiple accounts is prohibited
• Not be on any self-exclusion list enforced by any relevant authority
• Take full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided during registration

mbi9 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including a copy of your identity card (MyKad), proof of address or other supporting documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

mbi9 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM20 regardless of the payment method chosen
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the name of the account holder only
• mbi9 is not responsible for any delays caused by payment service providers
• Confirmed deposits will be credited to your account automatically after successful transaction verification

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 hour after the request is approved by the mbi9 finance team
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet that has been registered and verified in the player's name
• mbi9 reserves the right to delay or reject a withdrawal request if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or if bonus wagering requirements have not been met
• mbi9 management reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving large withdrawals

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

mbi9 offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. The applicable wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Applicable calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering required: RM100 × 25 = RM2,500
• Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM500 → Balance RM1,700 → Wagering required: RM500 × 25 = RM12,500

Additional bonus terms:

• Each player is entitled to receive the welcome bonus once only throughout their membership
• Bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, may result in bonus cancellation and account termination
• mbi9 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with appropriate notice
• Each other promotion announced from time to time will carry its own specific terms

6. Game Rules and Betting

All gaming activity on the mbi9 platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, fish shooting and boxing betting — is subject to the following general rules:

• Game results generated by the system are final and cannot be disputed unless a technical error can be proven
• mbi9 is not responsible for any game results affected by internet connection disruptions or hardware failures on the player's side
• In the event of a technical failure during an active game, mbi9 reserves the right to declare that round void and return the bet amount
• Bets that have been submitted and confirmed cannot be cancelled

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mbi9 platform and may result in account suspension or termination without notice, as well as forfeiture of fund balances:

• Use of automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to exploit the gaming system
• Collusion between players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Use of the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity
• Registering an account using another person's identity or information without authorisation
• Threatening, harassing or acting inappropriately towards staff or other players
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the mbi9 system without authorisation

8. Account Suspension and Termination

mbi9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player's account for the following reasons without being required to provide detailed justification:

• Breach of any provision in these terms and conditions
• Activity indicating a risk of fraud, money laundering or platform abuse
• Failure to submit requested identity verification documents within the specified period
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the player

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the mbi9 customer support team via live chat or email. Any valid fund balance will be returned to the player once all checks are complete.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

mbi9 collects, stores and processes players' personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on the relevant page. Personal data collected is used for identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention and service improvement. mbi9 will not sell or disclose players' personal information to third parties except as provided in the Privacy Policy or as required by law.
